performance:
1. The vulcanization speed of ZDMC in natural rubber and SBR, NBR, EPDM and other synthetic rubbers is very fast.
2. The addition of thiuram and thiazole accelerators can delay the initial vulcanization and improve processing safety.
3. Compared with pre-dispersed ZDBC, ZDEC and ZEPC, ZDMC has longer scorch time and shorter total curing time.
4. Alkaline accelerators have an activating effect on it, and a small amount of ZDMC can be used as a secondary accelerator for mercaptan or thiuram accelerators.
5. ZDMC can improve the tensile strength and resilience of vulcanizates. Antioxidants should be added to NR and IR to improve heat resistance.
Dosage: NR: 0.6~1.0 parts; used as a secondary accelerator: 0.1~0.2 parts;
NBR: 1.0~3.0 parts; used as a secondary accelerator: 0.1~0.2 parts;
