Function:
1. A processing aid with lubricant effect and chewing effect.
2. It facilitates mixing and processing, and helps to disperse the compounding agent.
3. It helps to save energy and reduce mechanical wear due to lower operating temperature.
4. Because it contains fatty acid zinc, the consumption of stearic acid and zinc oxide can be reduced.
5. Reduce the situation of dry rubber sticking to the roller.
6. Increase the rate of extrusion and calendering, and make the surface smooth.
7. Increase injection molding output and reduce defect rate.
8. It can prolong the processing safety time, so it is allowed to increase the vulcanization temperature, and a higher output can be obtained.
Usage: Join with rubber.
Dosage:
General rubber: 2-5 PHR.
CR: 2-3 PHR.
