AboutOur company is headquartered in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, and we also have a subsidiary named “Xinhan Rubber Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.” located in Shenzhen. Our main business activities include international trade in rubber raw materials as well as the import and export of rubber raw materials. Additionally, we operate a factory in Wanjiang District, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, specializing in the production of various rubber raw materials and pre-dispersed masterbatch pellets. The factory covers an area of 5,000 square meters and is equipped with several production lines for manufacturing pre-dispersed rubber and plastic masterbatch pellets, along with a variety of laboratory testing equipment, enabling us to achieve a monthly output capacity of up to 500 tons. We also have distribution partners and agents in Sichuan, Wenzhou, Fujian, Jiangsu, Hebei, Xiamen, and other regions across China, serving customers nationwide. Furthermore, in response to customer needs, our company established offices in Vietnam and Cambodia in 2014 to provide specialized technical expertise and products, serving both new and existing local customers.

Function:1. ZH-220 is a product that effectively improves the flow properties of EPDM compounds by reducing intermolecular friction as well as friction at the interface with metal surfaces.
2. Adding ZH-220 to EPDM rubber can shorten the mixing cycle due to its excellent filler dispersion performance, and it can reduce energy consumption by 18% under high shear rates.
3. The ZH-220 can provide stability for CR film recrystallization.
4. ZH-220 offers excellent mold release properties both during the EPDM compounding process and after vulcanization.
5. Added in the later stage of mixing, ZH-220 delivers the best demolding performance.
6. The ZH-220 can improve mold contamination and poor venting inside the mold caused by the use of external release agents.
Usage: Typically, 2–5 phr is recommended. It can be added during the plasticizing of raw rubber or at the early stage of mixing along with other additives (in multi-stage mixing, it can be added after carbon black has been incorporated).
Packaging: 25 kg/bag
Storage conditions: Store in a cool and dry place. Shelf life is up to 2 years. The product must be stored sealed in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, and protected from direct sunlight.
