Functions:
1. Reduces rubber viscosity and improves the sliding effect between rubber compounds and metal interfaces, effectively improving the flow properties of the compound during processing and in the vulcanizing mold cavity, enhancing dimensional stability, reducing die swell, resulting in smoother product surfaces and clearer patterns.
2. Provides better mold release, mitigating problems caused by adhesion between rubber and processing machinery and vulcanizing molds, effectively preventing rubber from sticking to open mill rollers and internal mixer rotors, significantly improving product release properties and reducing mold contamination.
3. Increases the stability of chloroprene rubber formulations and improves processing safety.
Usage: Add simultaneously with pharmaceuticals or reinforcing agents during mixing.
Dosage: 1-3 PHR.

Release agent
Plasticizer (all chemical)
Appearance: Grayish-green granules or powder.
Specific Gravity: 1.3 (20℃).
Dropping Point: 63±5℃.
Storage: At least one year at room temperature and in a dry environment.
Packaging: 25 kg carton.
Functions:
1. Quickly dissolves in butadiene rubber and easily and rapidly blends and disperses.
2. Can be used in both open and closed mixing mills at different temperature ranges.
3. Contains a highly efficient oxidation catalyst and zinc soap, which can rapidly reduce the viscosity of rubber, greatly shorten the mixing time, reduce costs, labor, and energy consumption, resulting in significant economic benefits.
4. Suitable for natural and synthetic rubbers.
5. Free of carcinogens such as DBD and pentachlorothiophenol (PCTB), and has no adverse effects on human health or the environment.
Usage: Add with rubber. Dosage: 0.05-0.5 PHR.

Applications:
1. Contains a wide carbon number distribution, highly suitable for various rubbers and products.
2. Additive for paraffin-based synthetic products.
3. Waterproof rubber products, wire insulation, and gloss agent.
4. After vulcanization, waxes form a physical protective film on the surface of rubber products, effectively preventing ozone cracking.
5. Slow migration speed in rubber extends the blooming time of the product and provides high-temperature resistance.
Usage: Add with pharmaceuticals.
Dosage: 1-3 PHR.

Composition: Derivatives of alcohols and amines.
Appearance: White powder.
Specific Gravity: 1.4 (20℃).
Staining: None.
Discoloration: None.
Storage: No restrictions in a cool, dry place.
Packaging: 25 kg paper bag.
Functions:
1. Improves processing safety, extends scorch time, and prevents dead material.
2. Has excellent activating and dispersing effects on white smoke and bleaching clay.
3. Can be used as a secondary accelerator to shorten vulcanization time.
4. Improves physical properties (such as tear strength, tensile strength, hardness, and elasticity).
5. Forms a special network structure in rubber, preventing material migration and fogging (B100ming).
6. Stabilizes the hardness of high-hardness rubber compounds and has waterproof properties.
Usage: Added together with white smoke in the initial stage of mixing for best results.
Dosage:
When used as an activator, it is 3-6% of the reinforcing agent (white smoke, white clay).
When used as a secondary accelerator, it is 1-2 PHR of the rubber weight.
Applications:
Used as a white smoke activator and dispersant in natural rubber, synthetic rubber, TPR, and EVA.
In TPR and EVA products, it can help improve the foaming uniformity of the foaming agent.

White smoke activator
Uniform thickening resin
Appearance: Light yellow granules.
Color: 6.
Softening point: 100±4℃.
Storage: At least two years under normal drying conditions at room temperature.
Packaging: 25KG paper bag.
Functions:
1. Complies with the permissible limits for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) set by the EU and Germany.
2. Low molecular weight, effectively soluble in single rubbers and mixtures of rubbers of different polarities, improving the uniform mixing of rubbers of different viscosities or polarities (such as CR, SBR, etc.).
3. In high-filler formulations, effectively improves the mixing of fillers in rubber; microscopic images of the rubber compound after short-time mixing show excellent dispersion.
4. Provides suitable viscosity and processability for raw rubber, facilitating mixing, extrusion, and calendering operations.
5. Can shorten rubber compound mixing time and reduce energy consumption.
6. Tensile strength increases by approximately 5% with 2 phr addition and approximately 15% with 4 phr addition; elongation increases by 10%.
7. Dissolves in rubber in a semi-transparent state, without affecting the original color.
Applications:
1. In bonding athletic shoe soles and uppers, if the sole is treated with infrared light, this product is the designated no-roughening agent.
2. Widely used in various types of tire treads, increasing tread wear resistance by more than 20%; specified for use in tire treads by world-renowned tire manufacturers.
3. An excellent adhesive in rubber blending processes, such as in the blending of NBR and PVC.
4. In EVA and PVC granulation, improves the resilience and surface flatness of plastics.
5. Used as a tackifier in hot melt adhesives and hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesives, and in road marking paint formulations.
Usage: Add together with fillers during mixing.
Dosage: 3-5 PHR.

Uniform thickening resin
Film release agent/anti-sticking agent
Appearance: White paste.
Specific Gravity: 1.03-1.12 (20℃).
Staining Potency: None.
Storage: At least one year at room temperature and in a dry environment.
Packaging: 50 kg drum.
Functions:
1. Suitable for anti-sticking and isolation in the production and processing of various rubber and plastic products.
2. This product disperses rapidly in water to form a uniform aqueous emulsion, without floating to form dust or settling to clog pipes.
3. After the rubber compound passes through the aqueous emulsion tank, the surface is evenly coated with this product, which acts as an anti-stick during the stacking of rubber compounds. During heating, it is absorbed by the rubber compound as an activator, promoting vulcanization.
4. Suitable for light-colored and transparent products, with no adverse effect on color.
Usage: Dilute directly with water and stir well after addition.
Dosage: ZH-101:water = 1:20~50.
Film release agent/anti-sticking agent
Modifier
Appearance: White powder.
Specific Gravity: 1.02 (20℃).
Softening Point: 70±5℃.
Storage: At least two years at room temperature and in dry conditions.
Packaging: 25 kg paper bag.
Functions:
1. Easier mixing, aids in the dispersion of compounding agents, and shortens mixing time.
2. Provides lubrication, lowers operating temperature, helps save energy, and reduces mechanical wear.
3. Improves venting in various rubbers, EVA, and TPR products, facilitating degassing and improving mold release, thus reducing defect rates.
4. The supramolecular structure of this product, which benefits butadiene's elasticity, has a significant effect on dynamic flexural crack resistance.
5. Reduces the viscosity of rubber compounds, facilitating further processing.
6. This product is a low-specific-gravity modifier for compound formulations; adding this product can reduce the density of the rubber compound, thereby reducing costs. 7. This product can be added to light-colored rubber outsoles and raw rubber soles without affecting their transparency.
8. Do not add more than the recommended dosage, as excessive addition will reduce abrasion resistance.
Usage: Add during the initial mixing stage.
Dosage: 10-15 PHR (calculated based on the proportions of the whole batch).

Ingredients: Emulsion of nanometer zinc stearate and dispersant.
Appearance: white paste.
Specific gravity: 1.03-1.12 (20°C).
Pollution: None.
Storage: Room temperature, dry for at least one year.
Packing: 50 kg drums.
Function:
1. Suitable for anti-sticking and isolation in the production and processing of various rubber and plastic products.
2. This product disperses extremely quickly in the water to form a uniform aqueous emulsion, does not float to form dust, and does not sink to block the pipeline.
3. After the mixed rubber passes through the water-based emulsion tank of this product, the product is evenly attached to the surface, which plays a role of anti-sticking during the stacking process of the rubber, and is absorbed by the rubber during the heating process. Active agent to promote vulcanization.
4. It is suitable for light-colored and transparent products, and has no adverse effect on the color.
Usage: directly mix with water and mix well after adding.
Dosage: ZH-101: water=1: 20-50.
