AboutOur company is headquartered in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, and we also have a subsidiary named “Xinhan Rubber Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.” located in Shenzhen. Our main business activities include international trade in rubber raw materials as well as the import and export of rubber raw materials. Additionally, we operate a factory in Wanjiang District, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, specializing in the production of various rubber raw materials and pre-dispersed masterbatch pellets. The factory covers an area of 5,000 square meters and is equipped with several production lines for manufacturing pre-dispersed rubber and plastic masterbatch pellets, along with a variety of laboratory testing equipment, enabling us to achieve a monthly output capacity of up to 500 tons. We also have distribution partners and agents in Sichuan, Wenzhou, Fujian, Jiangsu, Hebei, Xiamen, and other regions across China, serving customers nationwide. Furthermore, in response to customer needs, our company established offices in Vietnam and Cambodia in 2014 to provide specialized technical expertise and products, serving both new and existing local customers.

Safety and Handling Precautions:
1. Customers can obtain information on material handling, safety, and disposal from the MSDS, as well as information required by local health and safety regulations. The following remarks are general precautions that apply only to this grade of resin. Various additives and processing aids used in plastic molding, as well as other materials employed in secondary processing operations, have their own specific safety requirements and must therefore be evaluated separately.
2. When used under normal conditions, this product poses no particular risks upon inhalation by the human body or upon contact with the eyes or skin. However, caution and care are still required when handling, storing, using, or disposing of these resins. The workplace should be kept clean to prevent dust accumulation. During processing operations, efforts should be made to avoid contact with molten resin whenever possible.
3. Plastic resin products may generate dust and gases during the manufacturing process. Dust generated when sawing, filing, or grinding injection-molded parts can irritate the eyes and upper respiratory tract. In dusty production environments, it is recommended that workers wear respirators or face masks approved by the relevant authorities.
4. According to the correct operating procedures, the plastic processing area should be well-ventilated. During the processing of plastics, when the temperature exceeds the melting point, more or less smoke containing decomposition products will be released; such smoke may be irritating. In most cases, generally good ventilation systems are sufficient. When necessary, local exhaust ventilation methods should be employed.
5. If airborne particles encountered during work cause eye irritation, protective chemical-resistant goggles should be worn. When handling this resin, heat-resistant gloves may be worn for protection if necessary.
6. Generally, plastic resin products may yellow when exposed to ultraviolet light; therefore, they should be stored away from direct sunlight.
7. Xinhan Rubber Technology advises users to conduct prior research into the intended end-use of their products to ensure proper utilization of Xinhan’s products. To prevent misuse or improper application of Xinhan’s products, we recommend contacting Xinhan’s business representatives.
