AboutOur company is headquartered in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, and we also have a subsidiary named “Xinhan Rubber Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.” located in Shenzhen. Our main business activities include international trade in rubber raw materials as well as the import and export of rubber raw materials. Additionally, we operate a factory in Wanjiang District, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, specializing in the production of various rubber raw materials and pre-dispersed masterbatch pellets. The factory covers an area of 5,000 square meters and is equipped with several production lines for manufacturing pre-dispersed rubber and plastic masterbatch pellets, along with a variety of laboratory testing equipment, enabling us to achieve a monthly output capacity of up to 500 tons. We also have distribution partners and agents in Sichuan, Wenzhou, Fujian, Jiangsu, Hebei, Xiamen, and other regions across China, serving customers nationwide. Furthermore, in response to customer needs, our company established offices in Vietnam and Cambodia in 2014 to provide specialized technical expertise and products, serving both new and existing local customers.

Function:
1. The pre-dispersed rubber compound IS-80 enhances the accuracy of material preparation operations and meets current environmental protection requirements on-site, thereby preventing dust generation and inhalation hazards. It also offers excellent processing performance and superior dispersibility of accelerators, eliminating the common issue of poor dispersion caused by static electricity-induced agglomeration when using powdered sulfur traditionally. This improves production efficiency, reduces material loss, and lowers costs. 2. The pre-dispersed IS-80 effectively addresses the aforementioned issues. When using the two-stage mixing method, adding IS-80 to the open mill can significantly shorten the mixing time—typically from 5 minutes down to 2 minutes. 3. During operation, please ensure that the temperature of the roller discharge does not exceed 90°C to prevent insoluble sulfur from being reduced back into ordinary sulfur.Storage conditions: Store in a cool and dry place. The shelf life is up to 1 year. The product must be stored sealed in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, and protected from direct sunlight.
