AboutOur company is headquartered in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, and we also have a subsidiary named “Xinhan Rubber Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.” located in Shenzhen. Our main business activities include international trade in rubber raw materials as well as the import and export of rubber raw materials. Additionally, we operate a factory in Wanjiang District, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, specializing in the production of various rubber raw materials and pre-dispersed masterbatch pellets. The factory covers an area of 5,000 square meters and is equipped with several production lines for manufacturing pre-dispersed rubber and plastic masterbatch pellets, along with a variety of laboratory testing equipment, enabling us to achieve a monthly output capacity of up to 500 tons. We also have distribution partners and agents in Sichuan, Wenzhou, Fujian, Jiangsu, Hebei, Xiamen, and other regions across China, serving customers nationwide. Furthermore, in response to customer needs, our company established offices in Vietnam and Cambodia in 2014 to provide specialized technical expertise and products, serving both new and existing local customers.

Ingredients: Pre-dispersed 2-mercaptobenzimidazole.
Appearance: Grayish-white granules.
Specific gravity (g/cm³): 1.08 g/cm³
Melting point: 273℃
Packaging: 25 kg/carton.
Function:
1. An antioxidant that is highly efficient, durable, non-polluting, colorfast, and does not emit sulfur.
2. It can impart heat resistance, weather resistance, resistance to flexural cracking, and fatigue resistance to the product.
3. This product can activate alkaline accelerators while delaying acidic accelerators, and has no effect on neutral accelerators.
4. It has a chewing effect on natural rubber, acts as a heat-sensitive agent for latex, and exhibits a delaying effect on accelerators of the dithiocarbamate type, such as BZ, EZ, PZ, etc., making it suitable as a scorch inhibitor.
5. It exhibits good dispersibility in latex products; however, since this product is acidic, it is advisable to select an appropriate stabilizer.
Usage: Add it together with the medication during mixing.
Dosage: 0.5 - 3 PHR (used alone)
Application:
1. Suitable for NR, SBR, NBR, BR, IR & PE products.
2. Suitable for tires, tapes, wires and cables, shoe soles, rubber hoses, light-colored rubber products, transparent rubber products, and latex products.
Storage conditions: Store in a cool and dry place. The shelf life is up to 2 years. The product must be stored sealed in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, and protected from direct sunlight.
