AboutOur company is headquartered in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, and we also have a subsidiary named “Xinhan Rubber Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.” located in Shenzhen. Our main business activities include international trade in rubber raw materials as well as the import and export of rubber raw materials. Additionally, we operate a factory in Wanjiang District, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, specializing in the production of various rubber raw materials and pre-dispersed masterbatch pellets. The factory covers an area of 5,000 square meters and is equipped with several production lines for manufacturing pre-dispersed rubber and plastic masterbatch pellets, along with a variety of laboratory testing equipment, enabling us to achieve a monthly output capacity of up to 500 tons. We also have distribution partners and agents in Sichuan, Wenzhou, Fujian, Jiangsu, Hebei, Xiamen, and other regions across China, serving customers nationwide. Furthermore, in response to customer needs, our company established offices in Vietnam and Cambodia in 2014 to provide specialized technical expertise and products, serving both new and existing local customers.

Ingredients: 1,2-Dihydro-2,2,4-trimethylquinoline polymer.
Appearance: Light brown granules.
Softening point: 80–100℃.
Solubility: Soluble in toluene, chloroform, carbon disulfide, and ethanol; insoluble in petroleum ether and water.
Chromism: It exhibits moderate fading and staining effects. The dosage is limited to 0.25 phr, making it suitable for producing light-colored products with acceptable, mild fading and free from migration.
Packaging: 25 kg/bag.
Function:
1. Except for light-colored products where the dosage must not exceed 0.25 PHR, RD can be used as a sole antioxidant at a dosage of 0.25 to 10.0 PHR in dry rubber. It has no effect on the vulcanization characteristics of natural rubber and synthetic rubber, but it can activate the early vulcanization performance of chloroprene rubber.
2. RD has a higher molecular weight and a lower migration rate, so it remains in the place where it was originally applied.
3. In applications requiring resistance to ozone and crack propagation under flexural stress, RD can be used in combination with IP, 13, or 100. Since RD’s antioxidant effect enhances the rubber’s resistance to ozone and resistance to crack propagation, a dosage of 2 phr of 13 combined with 1–2 phr of RD is commonly employed in particularly demanding applications.
4. RD is a highly effective inhibitor of copper- and manganese-catalyzed oxidation, often used in combination with 13 or 100 in steel cable coatings.
5. RD is also effective in peroxide vulcanization, helping to reduce frosting during hot-air vulcanization.
Applications: Except for light-colored products, RD can be used in virtually all tires and industrial rubber products. It features high activity, does not cause frosting, and provides long-lasting effects.
Storage conditions: Store in a cool and dry place; shelf life up to 2 years. The product must be stored sealed in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, and protected from direct sunlight.
