AboutOur company is headquartered in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, and we also have a subsidiary named “Xinhan Rubber Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.” located in Shenzhen. Our main business activities include international trade in rubber raw materials as well as the import and export of rubber raw materials. Additionally, we operate a factory in Wanjiang District, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, specializing in the production of various rubber raw materials and pre-dispersed masterbatch pellets. The factory covers an area of 5,000 square meters and is equipped with several production lines for manufacturing pre-dispersed rubber and plastic masterbatch pellets, along with a variety of laboratory testing equipment, enabling us to achieve a monthly output capacity of up to 500 tons. We also have distribution partners and agents in Sichuan, Wenzhou, Fujian, Jiangsu, Hebei, Xiamen, and other regions across China, serving customers nationwide. Furthermore, in response to customer needs, our company established offices in Vietnam and Cambodia in 2014 to provide specialized technical expertise and products, serving both new and existing local customers.

Function:1. This product exhibits excellent compatibility with rubber, does not cause blooming, and offers both plasticizing and lubricating functions. It can enhance the elasticity and tear strength of sulfur-cured rubber compounds, reduce mixing or kneading temperatures, and shorten mixing or kneading times. It has a remarkable effect on improving the pass rate and dimensional stability of rubber products, and it also does not affect the adhesion between metals and fibers.
2. This product is a multi-purpose rubber processing aid suitable for use in internal mixers and can be applied to both natural rubber and synthetic rubbers, such as NR, BR, SBR, and EPDM. When used as an extrusion aid, it can improve product quality, reduce extrusion swell, and lower the extrusion processing temperature.
Usage: Typically, 2–5 phr is recommended. It can be added during the raw rubber plastication process or at the early stage of mixing along with other additives (in multi-stage mixing, it can be added after carbon black has been incorporated).
Packaging: 25 kg/bag
Storage conditions: Store in a cool and dry place. The shelf life is up to 2 years. The product must be stored sealed in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, and protected from direct sunlight.
