AboutOur company is headquartered in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, and we also have a subsidiary named “Xinhan Rubber Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.” located in Shenzhen. Our main business activities include international trade in rubber raw materials as well as the import and export of rubber raw materials. Additionally, we operate a factory in Wanjiang District, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, specializing in the production of various rubber raw materials and pre-dispersed masterbatch pellets. The factory covers an area of 5,000 square meters and is equipped with several production lines for manufacturing pre-dispersed rubber and plastic masterbatch pellets, along with a variety of laboratory testing equipment, enabling us to achieve a monthly output capacity of up to 500 tons. We also have distribution partners and agents in Sichuan, Wenzhou, Fujian, Jiangsu, Hebei, Xiamen, and other regions across China, serving customers nationwide. Furthermore, in response to customer needs, our company established offices in Vietnam and Cambodia in 2014 to provide specialized technical expertise and products, serving both new and existing local customers.

Soluble in primary alcohols, acetone, benzene, toluene, chlorocarbons, acetonitrile, DMF, and dimethyl sulfoxide; insoluble in water.
Function:1. It bonds on one side through chemical reactions with highly dispersed fillers such as white smoke, and on the other side it bonds with rubber, giving it excellent dynamic and static properties after vulcanization.
2. Significantly reduce viscosity during mixing, thereby saving processing energy consumption.
3. Increase the elastic modulus and tensile strength of the rubber compound, significantly improving the rubber’s wear resistance and compression performance.
Usage: Add together with the reinforcing agent.
Dosage:
1. 3–13% of the white smoke volume
2. Clay and mica powder: 0.5 – 1.0%
Application:
1. Suitable for rubber formulations containing polymers with double bonds or fillers with hydroxyl groups, such as white smoke and silicates.
2. Applicable rubbers include NR, SBR, IR, BR, NBR, EPDM, and others.
3. Suitable for tires, shoe soles, rollers, rubber hoses, rubber belts, V-belts, and more.
4. Used as a wear-resistant agent and reinforcing agent in rubber products such as tires.
Packaging: 25 kg/drum.
Storage conditions: Store in a cool and dry place; shelf life up to 2 years. The product must be stored sealed in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, and protected from direct sunlight.
