AboutOur company is headquartered in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, and we also have a subsidiary named “Xinhan Rubber Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.” located in Shenzhen. Our main business activities include international trade in rubber raw materials as well as the import and export of rubber raw materials. Additionally, we operate a factory in Wanjiang District, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, specializing in the production of various rubber raw materials and pre-dispersed masterbatch pellets. The factory covers an area of 5,000 square meters and is equipped with several production lines for manufacturing pre-dispersed rubber and plastic masterbatch pellets, along with a variety of laboratory testing equipment, enabling us to achieve a monthly output capacity of up to 500 tons. We also have distribution partners and agents in Sichuan, Wenzhou, Fujian, Jiangsu, Hebei, Xiamen, and other regions across China, serving customers nationwide. Furthermore, in response to customer needs, our company established offices in Vietnam and Cambodia in 2014 to provide specialized technical expertise and products, serving both new and existing local customers.

Function:1. When chemical components migrate to the rubber surface, they can effectively form a protective film that shields the rubber from ozone attack in the environment, making it the most ozone-resistant and age-resistant rubber product.
2. ZH-4511 can effectively prevent oxidative degradation of most polymers during polymerization, processing, and final use, and provides protection against aging and cracking of natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and other materials caused by heat, light, and ozone.
3. When using this product with different formulations, the sulfur curing rate may be accelerated. Therefore, we recommend reducing the amount of accelerator used to adjust the sulfur curing rate to a more appropriate level.
Applications: Suitable for footwear, balls, tire products, as well as white, colored, and transparent articles. This ozone-resistant crack inhibitor exhibits excellent dispersibility and can meet the processing requirements and physical-mechanical performance specifications of rubber compounds. It can be used in both rubber and plastic products to prevent or delay cracking and aging caused by ozone exposure.
Testing method:
1. Ozone concentration: 50 ppm, temperature: 40℃, elongation: 20%, duration: 8 to 24 hours.
2. Hydrolysis test conditions: temperature 70℃, 95% humidity, with the clip bent and exposed by 5mm, duration 7 days.
Usage: Add 16–18 grams/kg in the later stage.
Packaging: 25 kg/carton
Storage conditions: Store in a cool and dry place. Shelf life is up to 2 years. The product must be stored tightly sealed in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, and protected from direct sunlight.
