Our main business activities include international trade in rubber raw materials as well as the import and export of rubber raw materials. Additionally, we operate a factory in Wanjiang District, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, specializing in the production of various rubber raw materials and pre-dispersed masterbatch pellets. The factory covers an area of 5,000 square meters and is equipped with several production lines for manufacturing pre-dispersed rubber and plastic masterbatch pellets, along with a variety of laboratory testing equipment, enabling us to achieve a monthly output capacity of up to 500 tons. We also have distribution partners and agents in Sichuan, Wenzhou, Fujian, Jiangsu, Hebei, Xiamen, and other regions across China, serving customers nationwide. Furthermore, in response to customer needs, our company established offices in Vietnam and Cambodia in 2014 to provide specialized technical expertise and products, serving both new and existing local customers.

Ingredients: Polymer of unsaturated aromatic hydrocarbons.
Appearance: Pale yellow or amber-colored granules.
Specific gravity: 1.1 (20℃).
Softening point: 100 ± 5 ℃.
Solubility: Soluble in aromatic solvents, partially soluble in gasoline.
Function:
1. With a low molecular weight, it can be effectively dissolved in various rubbers, promoting uniform mixing between rubbers of different viscosities or polarities (such as CR, SBR, etc.). It can also be used in single-component rubbers.
2. In high-filler formulations, the mixing of fillers in rubber is effectively improved; after a short mixing time, microscopic photographs of the compound show excellent dispersion.
3. It can provide the raw rubber with appropriate viscosity and processability, facilitating operations during mixing, extrusion, and calendering.
4. Mixing with the softening oil in the most appropriate ratio can achieve optimal homogenization of the rubber compound.
5. It can shorten the rubber compound mixing time and reduce energy consumption.
6. Adding 2 phr increases tensile strength by approximately 5%, while adding 4 phr increases it by about 15%; elongation at break improves by 10%.
7. When dissolved in rubber, it appears translucent without affecting the original color scheme.
Application:
1. When bonding the sole and upper of athletic shoes, if the sole has undergone infrared treatment, this product serves as the designated primer-free agent.
2. Widely used on the treads of all types of tires, this product improves tread wear resistance by more than 20% and is specifically recommended by leading tire manufacturers worldwide for use in tire treads.
3. It serves as an excellent adhesive in rubber blending processes, particularly when used extensively in the blending of NBR and PVC.
4. In EVA and PVC pelletizing, enhance the plastic’s resilience and surface smoothness.
Usage: Add together with the reinforcing agent.
Dosage: 3–5 PHR.
Packaging: 25 kg/bag.
Storage conditions: Store in a cool and dry place; shelf life up to 2 years. The product must be stored tightly sealed in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, and protected from direct sunlight.
