AboutOur company is headquartered in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, and we also have a subsidiary named “Xinhan Rubber Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.” located in Shenzhen. Our main business activities include international trade in rubber raw materials as well as the import and export of rubber raw materials. Additionally, we operate a factory in Wanjiang District, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, specializing in the production of various rubber raw materials and pre-dispersed masterbatch pellets. The factory covers an area of 5,000 square meters and is equipped with several production lines for manufacturing pre-dispersed rubber and plastic masterbatch pellets, along with a variety of laboratory testing equipment, enabling us to achieve a monthly output capacity of up to 500 tons. We also have distribution partners and agents in Sichuan, Wenzhou, Fujian, Jiangsu, Hebei, Xiamen, and other regions across China, serving customers nationwide. Furthermore, in response to customer needs, our company established offices in Vietnam and Cambodia in 2014 to provide specialized technical expertise and products, serving both new and existing local customers.

Function:
1. The pre-dispersed rubber compound S-80 meets environmental protection requirements on-site and exhibits excellent compatibility with formulated rubber compounds, providing superior dispersibility. Its favorable processing characteristics enhance production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.2. Sulfur powder tends to clump when stored in bags stacked in a warehouse. It is difficult to disperse sulfur in an open mill because the sulfur powder gets compressed between the bare metal rollers and turns into lumpy sulfur. In a typical open mill, before adding sulfur powder, it’s essential to first form a pore-free rubber compound.
3. Sulfur is also difficult to mix in a closed-drum mixer due to the low melting point of S-80. At temperatures above 120°C, S-80 melts, and if clumped sulfur is not immediately dispersed, it will recrystallize during feeding and cooling, leading to spotting and frosting issues.
4. Pre-dispersed S-80 eliminates the above-mentioned issues. When using the two-stage mixing method, adding S-80 to the open mill can reduce the mixing time—typically from 5 minutes to 2 minutes.
Storage conditions: Store in a cool and dry place; shelf life up to 1 year. The product must be stored sealed in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, and protected from direct sunlight.
